Custom Label Printing Order Form

Step 1: Fill out the form to your right, choosing your bottle or jar size with the drop down menu. Step 2: Enter the quantity of CASES WORTH of labels you are ordering in the quantity box. Step 3: Click 'Add to Cart' and be sure to return to this page to order printing for EACH different design. Order your Custom Label Printing here. These are the actual printed, ready for packaging labels that you have already ordered your custom design for. Please go here if you still need to order the custom designed artwork for these labels.
Our personal care labels are premium quality low satin semi-gloss white polyester and are water resistant to hold up in the bath or shower.
The prices are shown when you choose your label size with the drop down menu on the right. Prices shown are for
1 case worth (usually 12) full labels, front and back included. If you would like to order more than this, then enter your quantity in the provided box to represent cases worth.
Remember that this page is for ordering printing of any quantity of
just one label design. If you have multiple designs (i.e. a lotion, shampoo, cleanser, etc. with different labels) then you will need to return to this page after adding to your cart and complete the form again for each individual design.
You may add label application to your order for an additional $10 per case worth. If you would like to apply the labels yourself, it is recommended that you order a few
extra labels (available for a small additional fee on the form to the right) to make up for any application mistakes. You may want to retry if the label comes out crooked, or if the back and front labels do not line up correctly.
