Step 1: Fill out the form to the right with your design preferences and guidelines. Step 2: Make sure to fill in your email address where provided so you can approve prior to printing. Step 3: Price shown is for design only. You will need to order printing separately. Directions found below. This is your Custom Label Design Order Form. Fill out this form to guide our artists toward a label that perfectly represents your product and brand philosophy.
Pricing: Starting at $179.00 Per Design
You will need to fill out this form once for every label design you wish to order. After filling out the form and adding it to your cart, you will additionally need to purchase the actual printed labels. Purchase your printed custom labels here.
We will communicate extensively with you on the progress of your label. We will begin with a few basic ideas based on your questionnaire and you can choose which direction you'd like to go in. Then we send you a few variations and you continue to narrow down the variations all the way from border and background to font, color and graphic choices until your label fits your idea of perfection!
